Dr Dineshkumar Parmar

Dr Parmar joined Old Bar Medical Centre in 2013 and has an interest in all aspects of General Practice, skin cancer diagnosis and treatments.
When not at work Dr Parmar enjoys cricket and family life. He is married with two children and enjoys living in Old Bar.
DR BIN LI
Dr Bin Li graduated as a Medical Doctor in 1996 in his home country of China. He obtained Australia Medical Council Certificate in 2010 and has worked in Australia as a Medical officer since 2011. He has 3 years of experience within hospital settings including paediatric, emergency, general surgery and aged care as well as 5 years of general practice in NSW and NT.
Dr Bin Li has an interest in all aspects of general practice including skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. He also speaks Chinese.
DR DONYA TALAEI
Dr Donya Talaei was born in Iran and awarded her Doctor of Medicine degree in Tehran in 2012. After her graduation, she worked as a GP in a rural area of Iran, mostly near the Iran-Afghanistan border. Donya migrated to Australia upon her marriage in 2016. She has an interest in all aspect of general practice, especially in mental health and women’s health.
She loves walking on the beach, listening to the sounds of waves, reading books and cooking in the peaceful environment of Old Bar. Donya also enjoys rollerblading, cycling, skiing and travelling to new places.
DR ROBIN BAHRDT
Dr Robin Bahrdt graduated from the University of Queensland in 2013 before completing her hospital and General Practice specialist training. Since then she has worked in General Practice in Brisbane, Far North Queensland and now her new home of Old Bar. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has a particular interest in paediatrics and women’s health. She is trained in Mirena and Implanon insertion.
In her spare time Robin enjoys spending time with her beach-loving family and traveling.
DR SABA BUCHANAN
Dr Saba Buchanan completed her medical training (B Med MD) at the University of New South Wales. After graduating she moved to Old Bar and started her career working as a hospital doctor at Manning Base Hospital.
Saba now works at Old Medical Centre part- time along with working as a a paediatric doctor at the hospital part time she has a strong passion for paediatric health care in her local community.
She has completed Advanced Specialist Training in paediatric medicine and has also completed a graduate Diploma of Child and Adolescent Health via the University of Sydney. In her free time she enjoys painting and cooking Persian food for her family and friends.
DR ANGUS BUCHANAN
Dr Angus Buchanan completed his medical doctorate at the University of New South Wales in 2016. He completed his internship and residency training at Central Coast Local Health District where he grew up before relocating to the NSW Mid North Coast in 2018. He is currently a registrar of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine and has completed Advanced Specialist Training (AST) in Anaesthetics (JCCA). He works part time at our practice in Old Bar Medical Centre and part time as a GP-Anaesthetist at Manning Base Hospital.
Angus is passionate about preventative medicine and improving the state of healthcare provision in our local community. Outside of work Angus can often be found surfing at the local surf spots and enjoys relaxing with his wife and dog.
Dr David Moore

Dr Moore has an interest in older person’s health, skin cancer management, preventive health and family medicine including antenatal care.
Dr Moore is trained in Mirena and Implanon insertion.

Dr Premarathne has been practicing as a GP in the Hunter, Sydney and Manning Areas since moving to Australia.
Dr Premarathne has a special interest in women’s health, chronic disease and indigenous health.
In her spare time she likes bush walking, gardening and spending time at the beach.
